the device is, the less it affects your eyes.

False!
Damage depends by the need of fixing your eyes on the sceen not by the dimension of the sceen itself.
Read on a 50 inches screen or on a 3 inches smartphone is the same… and is dangerous for your eyes.
Only e-ink screen don’t damage eyes.

I use my tablet for reading eBooks (using the kindle app) mostly, but I still have the kindle app installed on my phone. It’s very useful for referring back to something I read on the move, and also those times you get caught out with nothing to do e.g. your train is delayed, you’re waiting for a friend – because kindle syncs between my phone and my tablet, I can open my phone and pick up where I left off on my tablet.

PS it was eerily hard to type ‘tablet’ and ‘phone’ instead of iPad and iPhone.

Reading books on mobile has never easier, but thanks to the everyday technology changes which revolutionizes our daily out come. However watching movies on a Mobile device is such a pain that I can’t bear, so I’m happy with my laptop & desktop computer.
